While freelance platforms provide talent, Scale Virtually offers an end-to-end solution. We align your business goals with specific workflows, provide ongoing training, and manage your virtual assistants to ensure they are working efficiently. We build the entire system, from designing SOPs to providing top-tier VAs, so you don’t have to worry about hiring, training, or managing them yourself.
All of our virtual assistants go through a rigorous recruitment process. They either hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent college-level experience. We conduct strict background checks on their work history, verify identities through police and NBI clearances (Philippines’ equivalent to the FBI), and evaluate them through 30 days of training to ensure they meet our high standards before they ever work with a client.
No. One of the things that sets Scale Virtually apart is that we handle most of the training for you. We spend significant time up front understanding your business and developing customized SOPs for your virtual assistant to follow. This ensures that they are onboarded smoothly, and we continue to provide support and training throughout the partnership.
Your setup fee covers much more than just hiring a VA. It includes:
We take data security seriously. All VAs sign an Independent Contractor Agreement with confidentiality clauses. If a VA’s contract is terminated, we perform a system sweep to remove any client data from their devices. We can also accommodate additional non-disclosure agreements upon request to ensure your business’s privacy and security are protected.
Our VAs provide daily Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports, highlighting tasks and progress. Additionally, we track their work through your software systems. Our process engineering team can also build custom reporting dashboards, so you can always stay updated on performance.
You remain in control of managing your VA, but Scale Virtually provides ongoing support through our Client Success Coaches. They are there to help you delegate tasks, provide feedback, and address any concerns with the VA. This combination of support and autonomy ensures that your VA performs at their best while working within your business’s systems.
If you need to replace your VA for any reason, Scale Virtually handles the entire transition process. We offboard the old VA, recruit a new one, and ensure that the new VA receives all necessary training based on your existing systems and SOPs, minimizing downtime and maintaining efficiency.
We invoice you twice a month, on the 11th and the 26th. This billing cycle covers work done in the prior pay period. You’ll have 48 hours to review your invoice before the charge is applied to your credit card. Any adjustments, such as VA bonuses or equipment purchases, will also be reflected in the next invoice.
